Terms of Service

Agreement

By downloading or using Habitarian, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the Habitarian developer.

Using the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Habitarian.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may use Habitarian for personal, non-commercial habit tracking, challenges, and social accountability features.
• You may not use the app to harass, impersonate, or harm other users.
• You may not attempt to bypass premium limits, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with our servers.

Subscriptions and Payments

Habitarian Premium is available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or yearly ($34.99/year) auto-renewing subscription.

A free trial period may be offered. Trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not handle payment card information directly.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

To cancel, go to your device Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android).

No refunds are issued except as required by applicable law or App Store/Play Store policies.

Free Plan Limits

Free accounts may create up to 5 active habits, 2 active challenges, and 10 friend connections. These limits are enforced both in the app and at the server level.

User Content

You retain ownership of the habit names, goal descriptions, and other content you create in the app. By using social features (challenges, leaderboard), you grant other users the right to see your display name and publicly visible scores. Do not include sensitive personal information in habit or goal titles shared in challenges.

Intellectual Property

All app code, design, and branding are owned by the Habitarian developer. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app.

Disclaimers

Habitarian is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or data accuracy. Habit tracking and gamification features are tools to support your goals — they are not a substitute for professional health, medical, or psychological advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Habitarian developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or attempt to circumvent premium enforcement. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion in Settings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless local law requires otherwise.
